Our vision is to support deaf and HoH people thrive in the workplace. We’re proudly a deaf-led, organisation and we’ve been supporting deaf people secure and thrive in jobs in Yorkshire since 2019.

Our Founder and CEO, Rachel Lovell, is deaf, and a native user of British Sign Language. Rachel has lived experience of looking for a job and working in a hearing workplace. She understands what it’s like to be the only deaf person in an organisation and brings this personal experience to every aspect of our services.

Rachel understands first hand the struggles and barriers that deaf and HoH people experience in everyday life.

BSL for all Tailored Interpreter Support and learning opportunities

We provide a carefully selected fully qualified pool of BSL interpreters who support deaf people throughout the interview process and during their employment.

Rachel delivers dynamic and engaging workshops throughout Yorkshire which include an introduction to British Sign Language and Deaf Awareness training courses which includes basic words and phrases as well as using appropriate specific language. skills help people to become fluent enough to use BSL in basic, everyday conversation.
